Production – phantoms
The way of registering the process of production with the help of phantoms does not allow the registration of semi-products, which results in a lack of information about the necessary number of elements to be produced. Our modification, on the basis of BOMs and the itinerary, allows to count the number of semi-products necessary to develop a single product and print the cards with the orders for the semi-products and the charging lists.

The module of accounting for production in real prices
The module of accounting for production allows a precise calculation of the indirect costs according to random keys (e.g. proportionally to the working hours of the employees, machines and others) for the production orders, with the accuracy to particular production orders of the products. Accounting may be done according to the type of costs (e.g. amortization, energy, renovation costs, repairs, etc.), as well as according to the department, sub-department, brigade, or even worker. The system automatically calculates the costs from the module of the main accounting book. The module allows to count precise working costs on the basis of the data from the staff module or the external staff module. The costs are calculated on a daily basis, whereas at the end of each month they are corrected automatically to the real prices (from the accounting department).

Counting and assigning monthly costs to the productive cells on particular orders
At the end of each month, additional functionality in the production module allows to calculate the monthly costs for the production cells. The department costs are lowered (or extended in case the cost of a single productive cell is lower than expected) after the calculations. The costs are modified on the basis of the difference between the registered and the total costs. The final costs are assigned to particular orders and booked according to the defined decrees.

The module of calculations
Calculations is the module that serves the role of estimating the costs of production and is directly linked to the production module, which allows the registration of a ready product in accordance with the calculations. The estimated costs, calculated with the use of that module, include all the factors that may have an impact on the production of a particular ready product, especially human work, amortization, setting machines, wastes, or adjustments. Those factors are often avoided when doing simple calculations, often causing some discrepancies between the estimated and real costs. That way of dealing with the calculations allows to obtain the real costs of producing a ready product and eliminate some possible deviations. Moreover, a ready calculation serves the basis for another calculation and it is possible to assess the norms and real costs of production when dealing with particular resources. The application of that solution allows to optimize the costs and count non-standard costs of the production process. Finally, it allows to make an effective use of the potential of the company and stable control over the costs of functioning of enterprises.

Applying and registering the product
The process of application, independent of the Microsoft Dynamics AX system, allows to report particular stages, time and quantity of the developed product. The application facilitates the registration of the ongoing operations, mainly due to its accessibility at the production lines. It allows the employees to report the completed work. The registered data, under the label of ‘registered production-number of production’, the ongoing operation, the machine, the quantity of the produced details, as well as automatically estimated time of the operation are stored and saved in Microsoft Dynamics AX and can be booked in standard production worksheets.

The economic zone
It is the solution for the production companies which are located in economic zones. The companies produce their own goods and often outsource the production of some of the semi-products to their partners (not located in an economic zone). The solution enables to track and control the individual and outsourced production according to a single index and, what comes with it, the proper way of filling the annual tax return for the Inland Revenue from a particular economic zone.
